By accessing, registering for, or using the on88b platform available at on88b.app (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and on88b ("the Company", "we", "our", "us").

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the on88b Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on on88b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. on88b strictly prohibits access to or participation in any real-money gaming or betting service by persons under the age of 21.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

on88b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of the account concerned.

Malaysian Players: Users accessing on88b from Malaysia are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Malaysian laws governing online gambling. on88b provides the Platform on the basis of its international gaming licensing and makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling under Malaysian domestic law for individual users.

Each individual may hold only one (1) on88b account at any given time. on88b reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process may include, but is not limited to:

• Submission of a photograph or selfie for facial verification purposes;
• Bank account or e-wallet verification for withdrawal processing.

Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided will not be eligible for withdrawals and may be suspended pending further review. on88b may also share KYC information with licensed third-party identity verification providers for the purposes of fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

4.1 Deposits. on88b accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed at on88b.app, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. on88b reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing fees at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. on88b applies a principle of withdrawal to the same payment method as the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.

4.3 Processing Times. on88b aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times — Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost within 10–30 minutes; Malaysian bank transfers within one (1) business day — are estimates only and may be affected by payment provider processing times, KYC requirements, or security reviews. on88b does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. on88b applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all deposit and withdrawal activity. Deposits significantly in excess of betting activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence. on88b reserves the right to decline, freeze, or reverse transactions where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is suspected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

4.5 Currency. All on88b account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated for specific game types. Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the on88b Platform — including live dealer games and RNG-based table games — operate under independently audited rules. RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in real time.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed through the on88b Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each game or market. on88b reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market affected by a technical error, where there is a manifest pricing error, or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, arbitrage, or manipulation.

5.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or betting event, on88b reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. on88b is not liable for losses arising from system errors, platform outages, or connectivity failures outside its reasonable control.

5.4 Final Decisions. All decisions by on88b regarding the outcome of games, settlement of bets, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to on88b's internal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 13.

on88b offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all on88b bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) eligible account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming bonuses is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the on88b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting others in registering duplicate accounts;
2. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
4. Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, strategies, or account access for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
6. Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
7. Systematic arbitrage betting across on88b markets or in combination with promotional offers;
8. Allowing, facilitating, or engaging in account sharing with another individual;
9. Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening communication directed at on88b staff, dealers, or other players;
10. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is illegal, or providing false location information to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the on88b Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of on88b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any on88b content without prior written authorisation from on88b.

Any unauthorised use of on88b's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on88b's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

on88b expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect, consequential, or special loss;
• Losses arising from Internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service provider outages;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from a player's breach of applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by on88b's gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

on88b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where on88b has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity has occurred in connection with the account;
• The account is associated with a self-excluded individual;
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7;
• Continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, on88b reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are found to have been obtained through fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity, those funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

Players may voluntarily close their on88b account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to applicable KYC requirements.

on88b is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every verified account:

Where amendments are minor — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or typographical fixes — they may be made without prior notice. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which on88b holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to on88b's internal dispute resolution procedure.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through on88b's internal procedure, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under on88b's gaming licence. on88b's decisions on bet settlements and bonus awards are final in the absence of clear manifest error.
